
The best part about my compensation package is that there isn't a cap to how much I can earn.
My team is very collaborative, everyone wants to help and see each other win. We meet up outside of team meeting times to check in and offer help and guidance when needed.
I would say our inclusion is the most positive about our culture. Our numbers are a lot better than other companies when it comes to hiring practices, promoting and championing women and people of color.
Being able to work remote and have my life and work intertwined in a healthy way. My coworkers who are willing to assist me in any aspect of life, doesn't have to be work related.
