I believe that my contributions and dedication haven't been fully recognized or valued. implemented solutions which saved more than 40K$ to our company. despite this effort instead of recognition my hike degrading last year 4% and this year3% no share and CIP also deducted.

I have successfully completing numerous project. significant cost savings for the company, totaling more than $50,000.I was expecting my efforts to be recognized. Despite the salary increases of 4 % in 2022 and 3 % in 2023 (CIP deducted and no share), my contributions haven' been fully recognized

Synopsys give value toward employees. from last two year in IT India we are only seeing only negativity which is loosing Synopsys value culture due to which many IT India team are mentally harass.
