Was extremely disappointing, I wish I had never given them 3 years of my services. Didnt get any thing in return. There is no emphasis on human element. Surprised to see this company operate at 400K plus employees level. Total failure and the worst experience ever. Will never recommend to any one.

No engagement, motivation, or drive. Poor communication skills, silo'ed, no concept of networking or being cordial.

Have the right people and experts conduct the interviews. HR has no clue during the initial screening about the job, they mis-inform

Lot of Red Tape and useless policies, slowest expense/claim approval process, had to incur interest on using my own credit card. Billing driven, PTO is only encouraged during slow weeks/end of December.

A lot is going wrong with the company ranging from compensation, benefits, reviews, customer service, coordination, employee development, leadership, culture, mis treating people, grudges, promotions, red tape, useless policies, silo's and organizational barriers, amazed to see people still sticking

Poor base salary paired meager salary increment and bonus (if at all). Bait and switch in many cases, lowered the base pay after accepting the offer, no way near the bonus numbers quoted and assured about before hiring, poor health care benefits/Insurance, PTO was not easily approved.
