My recent project has required that I take on additional responsibilities, however I have not had any conversations about compensation and/or title changes to reflect this additional work.
Very less hikes and most cuts in the salary
Increased transparency and commitment to employee initiatives wholeheartedly
Need more promotion cycle and better growth.
It's difficult to get raises and almost impossible to get 100% bonus
Since I have started six years ago my salary over that duration has increased a total of 7%. While, if I had received a 4% increase for each of those 6 years my salary would have increased over 25%.
I feel undervalued and de-valued most of the times. The company did not provide the assets, which was the delay from their end and they blame me for nothing.
TCS is not in par with Market on Pay Scale.

TCS is ofcourse proving medical insurance. But its of no use for me as I am single mother staying with my 12 yrs old son and with the amount of salary i am paid I need education help and not medical as I do not have any elderly person to add as a beneficiary
