"The best part of the compensation package is the competitive base salary combined with meaningful benefits, such as health coverage and retirement contributions. Additionally, any performance bonuses or equity options add real value and show the company’s investment in long-term employee success

The best part of my compensation package is the employer-provided term insurance. It offers financial security for my family by paying them six times my annual salary in case of an adverse event.

Yes - better compensations , promotions policy , opportunities , guidance , proper recognition and work culture, proper facilities.

My recent project has required that I take on additional responsibilities, however I have not had any conversations about compensation and/or title changes to reflect this additional work.

Very less hikes and most cuts in the salary

Increased transparency and commitment to employee initiatives wholeheartedly

Need more promotion cycle and better growth.

It's difficult to get raises and almost impossible to get 100% bonus

Since I have started six years ago my salary over that duration has increased a total of 7%. While, if I had received a 4% increase for each of those 6 years my salary would have increased over 25%.

I feel undervalued and de-valued most of the times. The company did not provide the assets, which was the delay from their end and they blame me for nothing.

TCS is not in par with Market on Pay Scale.

A good Salary Hike ( atleast in double digit) and timely promotion.

Not as per market standard and work to get more projects from customer even though you are in a billable role to customer,

Ive been with them for 3 years, no pay rise, and customer is the only one who saw my value, the company is yet to recognize or speak to me

If not above then please match the market line

TCS is ofcourse proving medical insurance. But its of no use for me as I am single mother staying with my 12 yrs old son and with the amount of salary i am paid I need education help and not medical as I do not have any elderly person to add as a beneficiary
