there can be more encouragement by leadership rather than by coworkers.
The culture needs to migrate away from mindless order taking
Be strong and stop BEGGING.
Work honestly and on time
- Too much manager-driven processes, which makes employee growth dependent on managers - Ego games and politics at all levels - Government like lethargic attitude of some people
Need to improve their ability at finding other jobs.
Leave co-workers, first the project lead needs to correct the way of behaving.
If they spoke english clearly, if they were educated - half of them say underwear for understand. They make a uttermess and dont pay attention.
Be more hands on instead of keep telling people to read the fine print.
Most of coworkers who belong to C3B and C4 are not skilled enough for their job and even though they are paid handsome salary due to some good contacts and recommendations. Very unfair
