Weekends are usually peaceful time at firm
Empathetic, employee friendly mostly and ethical
It was less work pressure and team members help and motivate constantly.
People are friendly to each other
People are good very smart
there is nothing positive about the environment
Lot of learning opportunity and encourage team in self learning. Have freedom to think innovative and bring ideas forward.

Stop focusding on complex internal processes. Stop focussing on conpeting only on price.

Treat TCS Indian employees in Visa same as TCS US employees
Probably better if i dont voice my concern - if you care find out and then ask as clearly 3 years my voice is not yet heard
They need to look at attrition Have exit interviews and understand root cause Need to stop micromanagement
