TCS always want to keep Board of directors happy and not care wellbeing of employees. They should feel employees are their core and feel them to be part of TCS Family. HR and Managers should have high moral and ethics.

The salary hike of a normal employee would not be more than 5% even for a top performer. Whereas executives take the lions share of revenue. The revenue should be distributed more to hard working employees.

Lot of Red Tape and useless policies, slowest expense/claim approval process, had to incur interest on using my own credit card. Billing driven, PTO is only encouraged during slow weeks/end of December.
