Employees are hardworking and keep their moral high even if there is no support from most of the management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TCS always want to keep Board of directors happy and not care wellbeing of employees. They should feel employees are their core and feel them to be part of TCS Family. HR and Managers should have high moral and ethics.
