We have some of the dynamic team members. But we also have some others who just want to take credit of others work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary hike of a normal employee would not be more than 5% even for a top performer. Whereas executives take the lions share of revenue. The revenue should be distributed more to hard working employees.
