Texas Roadhouse – Overall, TXR is just another corporate company that doesn't have a solid process of appreciating it's employees and will hire new employees without experience and move them up the chain faster then their current employees. They also are not consistent with their communication on a location basis.

Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
They ask you about your hobbies and interests.
Was macht Sie bei der Arbeit am glücklichsten?
Listening to music while at work that isn't country all the time(when applicable).
Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?
Management under the Owner of a restaurant location is great. Owner is fine- seems to be unaware of certain aspects of their business
Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?
The managers listen to what I have to say, however they don't pass the information along the chain. Which negatively impacts the environment.
Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
The team I work with(employees and a couple of managers- hardly interact with the Owner) always try their best to be efficient and quick at their job.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
Experience and length of time working for the company is not rewarded consistently within the program. That needs to change. Someone who has been with TXR shouldn't have to fight for a fair raise after having been there over five years. My location hardly uses the "new Legendary You points".
