They are well knowledgable in their profession and do enjoy it but almost never care about whats going on
They seem to have a good set up, but if new show that youll do any extra work and they dont like that.
Review from Sales Dept
I know when corporate is there, everything is done right. We don't send out food that is less than legendary and the corporate leadership really does care about the Texas Roadhouse brand.
There good peoples like family
There understanding to the people the lead

Treating people equally. Its not fair to discriminate against only one person. They should not allow other people to show tattoos, piercings, etc. but then get mad at others.
Being leaders and being kind
Review from Customer Success Dept
They need to learn how to treat people.
Communication and being Legendary, Legendary is key word for customers not for employees
Review from Operations Dept

I work way way way way way harder than like everyone in that restaurant and I still get paid the same. They have never talked to me about a raise. I have worked there 2 years. Im a busser, hostess, and togo specialist. I should be paid more because i do way more.
Actually giving me the hours i upheld over the summer and having enough people in each department
gratuity and feeling like a actual human
The fact my schedule would come out @ 8pm or later the night before the next week started as if my soul is owned by the company. I was more often than not doing the hosts & bussers jobs while still being forced to tip them out the same amount.
Nothing at all honestly everything needs work

Fun understanding caring professional kind
They are always raring to work.
The loyal ones look out the fake one set you up and smiling in your face while they're stabbing you in the back really corrupt the ones put on a pedestal and are given everything they want are usually the ones that are stealing from you and the ones who are loyal and follow all the rulestreated like
Everyone I serve with are truly kind and compassionate people. I come to work but it feels like my second home.
They all act like its their first day on Earth. They are trained by people that dont know how to do their job correctly so then they do terrible by thenselves. They slack off a lot.
Maybe this just comes with the food industry but always have people not showing to their job and refusing to do the job expected of them but thats probaly because the expectations are high.
Communication and not lying on one another over pettiness
No meetings, better team leaders
Review from Operations Dept

Review from Marketing Dept
That I'm making money and I have my livelihood
Honestly myself and I know that sounds extremely arrogant but I'm serious
We are treated like a real family.
Treatment, culture Is not existent with employees
Review from Operations Dept
Starts from the top down. More positivity and assistance

Management needs to change as soon as possible. The numbers reflect it being the worst bubbas 33 location
what doesnt need to change?
Management, even key managers, need to go through a leadership training. Management likes to think that the problems stem from the employees, when they forget that attitudes reflect leadership.
People get hired like with no difficulty at all because they are always looking for people because they always have people leaving. But they ask the typical job questions like any other company.
Getting to try a few things and learning the story points and our mission. Fresh baked bread, made from scratch sides and scratch, fall off the bone ribs, hand cut steaks, etc.

That I got the job
Extremely welcoming at first glance
I felt like, at the time at least, that the managing partner of my store I actually cared about their employees.
Everything needs to be improved

It did not require much thought.

The food is not the best but certainly not the worst and I would alway look forward to eating the food with the discount because when operating on a budget it does help but the food is expensive.
My customers, thats about it
Making others happy. Specially the guest.
Review from Sales Dept
Livelihood growth potential working and having fun
Everything. The whole place needs a new general manager. She discriminates against whoever she wants. She gives special treatment to certain employees that she likes. She continues to hire servers even though many of her old enough employees want to move up to serving.
gratuity and fair rules to everyone
More assistance ans training from management
Review from Customer Success Dept
The managers need to defend their employees and stop bowing to the customers every single time.
Our managers need to care about the guest and the staff.
