They are well knowledgable in their profession and do enjoy it but almost never care about whats going on
They seem to have a good set up, but if new show that youll do any extra work and they dont like that.

Scheduling is completely askew and i end up doing two peoles jobs
They need treat their employees like employees and not act like highschoolers or like their better than everyone else.
They need to get control of them selves, they are rude and always cussing.
