What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are well knowledgable in their profession and do enjoy it but almost never care about whats going on

They seem to have a good set up, but if new show that youll do any extra work and they dont like that.

I know when corporate is there, everything is done right. We don't send out food that is less than legendary and the corporate leadership really does care about the Texas Roadhouse brand.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything, not beong rude, being more understanding

Treating people equally. Its not fair to discriminate against only one person. They should not allow other people to show tattoos, piercings, etc. but then get mad at others.

Scheduling is completely askew and i end up doing two peoles jobs

They need treat their employees like employees and not act like highschoolers or like their better than everyone else.

They need to get control of them selves, they are rude and always cussing.

Comunicating with there servers and not kust yell at then.

Taking employee concerns seriously and understanding that customer loyalty is not as important as employee safety

Managment and their actual people skills. I had 2 managers who cared and actually treated people like human beings. Neither of which are still employed. Overall the MP of this store lacks any sense and has a strong alcohol addiction. A store horribly ran by Jerry Ammon.
