Honestly myself and I know that sounds extremely arrogant but I'm serious

We are treated like a real family.

There is nothing positive about the culture or environment.

They should practice what they preach.

Management, even key managers, need to go through a leadership training. Management likes to think that the problems stem from the employees, when they forget that attitudes reflect leadership.
