What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team leads by setting a good example. They are serving leaders to their team. It’s a great environment to work in, everyone has a place on the team to make a whole. Like a piece of a pie.

Our leadership team could improve by being more compassionate towards employees. In a work environment, management should focus more on listening to and empowering employees so that the employees can focus on guests with a sense of significance and purpose.
