The environment is upbeat and at times it feels like a social event. When our restaurant is busy, things can get hectic, but a select few keep the ally afloat.

Our leadership team could improve by being more compassionate towards employees. In a work environment, management should focus more on listening to and empowering employees so that the employees can focus on guests with a sense of significance and purpose.
