It isn't that strict and I have a few cool coworkers, when I'm not working with them it's a very boring culture

We take care of each other. There are so many times our company is able to help our employees get out of a tough financial situations with Andy’s Outreach. We are also able to give back to our Community in various ways because we don’t spent millions of dollars on advertising each year.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bussers get paid the same amount as hosts when they do much more work; to fix that bussers need a higher tip share that should be nightly instead of based on weekly tip income especially now that minimum wage is being raised.

There's no leadership, management is never there and takes credit for all the work she pushes off on shift leaders
