Bussers are tipped much lower than other sit down retaurants

I like the positive feeling in the work place even if it is a fake positivity

I like my managers but the company as a whole needs to pay those at the bottom more for their work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It isn't that strict and I have a few cool coworkers, when I'm not working with them it's a very boring culture
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bussers get paid the same amount as hosts when they do much more work; to fix that bussers need a higher tip share that should be nightly instead of based on weekly tip income especially now that minimum wage is being raised.
