It seems that the company is able to bring in a consistent revenue each month because of the good food. The leadership team is able to motivate others by being friendly and firm.

Taking care of their employees that make everything possible. What kind of place chooses to indulge in more profits at the cost of their employees safety? Disgusting.

I was laid off because a coworker tested positive for Covid 19 on heresay that I had direct contact even though the speculated contact was over the 7-10 day quarantine requirement. My corporate line told me I was wrongly sent home and capable of working. My MP then sent me home anyways.

Managers becoming more strict and making it harder on the employees to do our jobs well and earn the money we deserve. Ridiculous rules need to be changed. They shouldn't fire people for standing up for themselves. They punish people by taking away tables which is taking away our livelihood

The management team is honestly just awful. Most do not seem to care about the servers.

Management, particularly the GM doesn't care about employee health or guest safety. And basically everything in between has fallen ahort of expectations. I don't believe this can be fixed.
