The constant presence that I can feel of my Executive team is what matters. It good to see their communications coming to us on time to time basis. They care for the mental health of the staff. They are completely aligned with the company goals.
I believe in a concept that we should compensate the employee basis their skills, knowledge, deliverable. In case you hire someone new and you have a budget, pls compensate them right in the beginning. They will feel more valued. A lot of companies across are moving in that direction already.
