Pretty bad all together. Management is tonworried about themselves and has no problem blaming others for their mistakes. Threatening. Often told if I miss a day of work I'll loose my insurance. Horrible place to work.

Being honest and understanding how valuable the future employee may be. Offering a proper pay and not hiring for one position and then throwing another one on them after they start. It's bad. VCA GARDEN STATE NJ

Taking responsibility, stop lying to staff, stop threating staff with the loss of insurance so people work sick. Properly pay employees based off of experience and expertise. Not making employee take on additional roles without a pay increase.

Nothing. I mean vca might have a good culture. But it's not present at the hospital I work at. Mainly because of the hospital manager. She seems more concerned about her bouns while we can't even get a gift card on tech week. Or a holiday bonus of some kind. Vca gardenstate, nj
