I take pride in what I do. When I see my clients happy and their dogs looking good, I smile. I like to relate to people on a real world level. I don't care for the fake smiles of sales. I like the real smiles of a actual production.

My schedule, being able to help animals and educate owners

Our clients and fellow coworkers.

Helping clients and their pets.

Puppies! Free stuff from work. Things that show appreciation of us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need New supervisors and managers

The management team needs to be monitored and actually taken serious! When their management team is reported for harassment, make sure it is seen all the way through! Make sure everyone is receiving the same fair treatment, NO EXCEPTIONS! Mngmt has been heard laughing at employees they made cry.

Very overpriced and poorly ran

Take a deep look into management and claims from employees

Needs change in culture from management. Remove poisoned supervisors

Management! You cant do our job but we can do yours!

Workload is WAY too high for the way the current system and support staffing levels. Roadblocks everywhere, corporate implementations without site specific solutions, corners are cut, clients are rushed, management valued much more than doctors.
