It was an OTJ interview during my externship.

Process was fast, recruiter communicated well.

The hospital manager took me on a tour of the hospital and everyone was friendly and welcoming, they didn't hide form the new person. You could tell they care about training new employees and setting them up to succeed.

I am speaking in regards to technician interview process. I think my interview process was average to above average.

It was easy more a get to know me than a challenge

Receptionists, techs, dr's were very welcoming, always answered my questions, were very patient with me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The interviewers, trustworthiness, description of job, understanding the gifts and challenges of the applicant.

Don't lie to the person you are interviewing.

Being honest and understanding how valuable the future employee may be. Offering a proper pay and not hiring for one position and then throwing another one on them after they start. It's bad. VCA GARDEN STATE NJ
