I recall the regional manager making sure he shook everybodys hand and acknowleged everybody's name. He treated Kennel team with as much respect as the Doctors. As far as the managers ( ceos) above him I cant even remember their names or even know what they look like.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Corporate demands that we bring in more revenue but cut our hours making us short staffed. We are required to bring in new clients but are already solidly booked with appointments and available staff are mentally/physically exhausted. Corporate doesn't care, they want more revenue no matter what

Favoritism of supervisors who are friends even when underperforming. Pay very poor. Better pay at small practices and wider experiences at small Practices. Vac does not provide good experience for staff who want to learn

Workload is WAY too high for the way the current system and support staffing levels. Roadblocks everywhere, corporate implementations without site specific solutions, corners are cut, clients are rushed, management valued much more than doctors.
