The good, the bad, and the ugly can happen all in the same day. At times its very discouraging to be at a standstill in your position and treated like you are below the rest of the staff. Advancement should be offered internally first and continued education shpuld be envouraged.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager told me about how she started in the business after I asked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I recall the regional manager making sure he shook everybodys hand and acknowleged everybody's name. He treated Kennel team with as much respect as the Doctors. As far as the managers ( ceos) above him I cant even remember their names or even know what they look like.
