They always promote moving up and growing within the company.

We all push to get the job done. Same type of mindset and drive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the responsibilities and items I have under me, compared to the amount of accountability and ownership from the other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear on the goals set for the company and the specific markets. They usually have a very clear outline on the goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ownership of everything I have and the fact that at the end of the day what I bring to the table for the company.

Being the person that drives the change and pushes the team. I feel the happiest when I can see and tell that I am driving change and helping people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When it comes down to it they truly care about their employees. It may not seem like it at times but they have the best intentions and wants for all that work here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would say in essence left in the dark. Kind of in a way of doing good and no issues so not a priority necessarily. Yearly raises, goals set for raises, a ladder shown of next move and plan on how to grow with the company.
