XPO – XPO has great potential based... the business + passionate workers. Almost all effort is put toward delivery, not politics. BUT, the culture doesn't leverage the leadership within the ranks and the lack of structure on key processes creates chaos and a poor experience.

servant leaders, not so dictator like. structure the demand so that we interrupt less, commit more accurately and increase the trust factor w/in the org and w/ our clients

2- Demand Planning - we say yes to everything and pass the burden down to employees and out to clients
