I have had a great career with many promotion opportunities. However the pandemic and subsequent recovery has unveiled the flawed logic of LTLs leadership. Cost cutting was a great strategy for 3 years to drive profit, during the recovery cost cutting and failure to invest is driving away people.

There are a lot of great people that work here. Currently those great people feel trapped at a company that has not invested the needed resources in people or equipment.

We have been working tirelessly on the front lines during the pandemic with a leadership team that has been leading from the rear. There is a disconnect with what is needed in the field to be successful and what the LTL Leadership team is doing. Profits before people is not sustainable.

There is a general lack of consideration for the amount of time we put in as salary employees, the sense in the field is we are salary so work 60-70 hours a week when we should be working 50 hours. The long days occasionally are ok, but when it goes on for months on end you fell undervalued.
