My team. We support each other and help each other in General HR. A welcomed change from my time in Talent Acquisition.

I like the trend toward more open communication. Less guesswork and uncertainty leads to less stress. And I appreciate the trend toward transparency.

I think that we support each other as much as we can. We are building a culture of teamwork. Slowly but surely. And communication between departments is getting better.

I think better medical benefits and a higher compensation rate would go a long way. I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I do think the company can do better. Like a flexible work policy, daycare options, etc.

I moved to General HR from Talent Acquisition. General HR communicates differently. Better. I felt like my time in Talent Acquisition I was kept in the dark about what was going on in the company's HR department, even though I was a part of it. Now, I feel welcomed and accepted.
