I truly used to love working for XPO. However, after the announcement to force employees back to office and recent safety ratings, I am displeased with the direction things are going. Let me clarify by saying I still LOVE the people I work directly with, otherwise I am upset with decisions made.

The people...there are so many incredible people within the company. Many co-workers are now friends.

My direct manager and team are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We work alongside each other and support one another. Where one person may need assistance, there is always another to assist. We collectively make decisions together and stick by them. Cannot rave enough about my team!!

Each day I wake up knowing I am one step closer to having to go back into office. I am dreading it. I work just as hard working remote and still interact with the same people virtually, regardless of being in office or not.

Not listening to employees wants/needs ranks number one on my list. It shows to me that there's lack of trust in employees. The majority of us want to remain home, but we're being forced back into office. Change is happening all around, but XPO is failing to change too.
