Overall, working here has given me great experience. The compensation for the stress level is too low. The demands are high and the benefits are lacking. Promotion salaries are based off of the amount you're currently making. I worked for XPO for two years at $15 an hour and never once received a merit raise. That affected my salary as a manager when I was promoted and I am still held to the same standard as those that were hired making more than me.
