XPO – Very difficult to work at this organization. I accrue 30 days of PTO but can't take it due to the work load and what I will be coming back too, especially during the pandemic. This pace is unrealistic. Not sustainable.

We have an angry work force due to the micromanagement expected.

Difficult organization to work for so that's pretty difficult to answer in a positive way.

Improve our work life balance. Positive reinforcement. This pace is not sustainable and employees are looking for exit strategies. Improve our quality of freight handling.

The number of hours worked doesn't come close to the compensation or bonus paid. There is NO work life balance at the company. All work. 80+ hrs a week just to keep up.

More life in the work life balance. We can't do anything right in the field. No positive reinforcement. Leadership doesn't care how many hours or how many days a week you work. This business model is NOT sustainable. Turnover in salaried ranks is high and not being addressed.
