Great, passionate people within the business and wider teams. Business is siloed. Partly out of touch with customers' needs and values. A lot of staff changes, full exec team changes. Lack of consistency and communication. Rapid movement and important things eg change management plans overlooked.

Overall a good company to work for. Some inexperienced managers who don't get a lot of support can be frustrating as they don't have the skillset or support to be effective leaders and the staff suffer for it. Many options to move teams but no clear career progression within the teams.

There is still a long way to go to improve things eg breaking down siloes, but we have already come so far. It's a much more positive place than it was even a year ago. The new role and team has really made me love my work again. Toxic, low performing teams are really draining and not for me.
