communication and need manager training, managers need to seperate friendship from work between employees and guest alike. this is a big problem at this hotel and stop hiring illegal people that work off the book 7 days a week and pay no taxes and are not in the system for payroll.

There is currently a lot of favoritism going on at our location within the housekeeping department. The harder working employees are given more work and the slackers are given very noticeable amount of less rooms to clean then their counter parts. We get more and no help as they get less and help.
