Comfortable, friendly, inviting, and better than anything with Outback Steakhouse

The company as a whole does not care about staff. More competitive wage, and training programs. Better benefits and human resources department. Stop letting the hostile work environment continue in their restaurants

More clear direction and overall communication. Better training programs would most definitely help the staff perform better, as well as a re-evaluation of what is expected of a employee to do the job.

The work load has definitely increased tremendously, but with very little if any increase in wage. This is true for both BOH, FOH, and management staff. After 16 years and still only making 13.50/hr as a certified BOH trainer, Event staff, and cook. I think the company undervalues everything.

The company needs a more competitive wage first of all. If you want to cut costs and increase productivity, than you need to share some of that profit with the staff. The HR department needs to take a closer look at treatment of staff. Training programs desperately need addressed.

We are a very close bunch, if not family. My coworkers are one of the only reason I've held on for so long. I've made incredible friendships that have lasted for a decade plus and continue to this day. I love my team, but unfortunately the corporation does not at all.
