This is my first foray into the corporate world. While I'm not excited to go to work, it has nothing to do with Boston Scientific! Its just the fact that I have to "go to work"! Boston Scientific has been a great company to work for and my team in Operations is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is great and benefits are fair
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was virtual which was nice when you have a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my friends and knowing that people have a good sense of humor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Your work feels seen. I genuinely feel like the work I do makes an impact to the overall team at large.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work directly with the leadership team and it is a very collaborative team. They like you to think outside the box!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a collaborative environment. IMO there are too many clubs that shouldn't matter at a job but people need to feel seen.
