Carbon comprises unique skillsets and personalities put together to solve unique problems; as a young woman in tech, I feel lucky to have this experience to grow. I hope we can continue to be better and never settle for "good enough", and I'm excited to see where this goes under Ellen's leadhership.

The technical teams need to redefine what "good work" means, as quantity over quality still reign supreme. We need more accountability for earlier dev teams to spread ownership of issues across the teams. We need to be more clear on what we are NOT doing, as we are overwhelmed with limited resources
