Better leadership is needed, including management. Everyone looks over the real problem and is not announced. The manager is always missing. And the assistant manager very unprofessional and needs management classes. Too many associates trying to be leadership and ate not being properly trained.

Stop selling cars that haven’t even been cleaned, they stink, they have mechanical issues and they’re too expensive. CarMax capitalizes on those customers who can’t purchase elsewhere due to bad credit. They have low quality standards & so does their customer

Carmax boasts about the opportunity to advance, but it is very easy to get stuck in any particular position. It would be easier and cheaper to place an already loyal, hard-working employee in position and train them into what you need.
