I cant say anything good about the new leadership team , they have turned it in to a toxic work environment .their is no longer job security .
Great enthusiasm even if they themselves didn't understand/agree with policies.

I believe CarMax auto finance is a Great place to work BUT I do believe some policies , like the attendance policy is unfair. Life happens and sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control. If an employee has proof of why they were absentOR if they are sick(or there child) They should not be fired
Everyone really tries to make you feel included. Theyre defelopment skills are great
Understanding, listen to you and provide constructive criticism when needed. Not a whole lot of complaints with the managers ive experienced so far, some are more knowledgable than others but you cant expect someone to know everything

Our executive visited the Norwood location. They were open with us on the direction of the company and were clear on what it takes to be exceptional. As a driven employee, i want to work hard for people that give me a clear path as thats what winning is all about.

My manager is always there for support.
They try to keep a balance between the business and employee needs

Having more insight on how the stores operate on day to day business. Who makes the impacts, and who is fluffing info and doin the old CYA all the time to protect themselves because all they want is a promotion by speaking about the success others have worked hard to accomplish and taking the credit
they need to find some compassion and caring for their employees
they need to show compassion and understanding, they are to fast to act to the detriment of the employee, leads to high turnover
Everything this store is losing too many employees
Focus on their associates not their share holders. Personally can not recall last store visit from a member of the leadership team

They need to get better at employee recognition and boosting employee morale.
More and more decisions are being made that negatively impact the sales associates and positively impact customers in minor ways. This is okay, but the sales associates are not compensated and have not had a pay increase in fifteen years.

Support the sales staff. GET RID OF THE Micro Management! Don't deny it doesn't exist! I'm insulted as a professional, that our management has to resort to micro management because they are incapable of recognizing individuality in people. Strengths and weaknesses What works what doesn't.
