We try to do our best for each team member by treating everyone with respect regardless of position.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

they need to value their employees, HR needs to have understanding and compassion

need to get rid of a lot of the middle managers, they are nothing but a hinderance to the work

Replace manageers with true leaders who appreciate their people.

Hire qualified employees and pay them a decent wa

More women in supercisory positions. If coworkers make complaints about each other they should be briught together face to face.

Just about everything you can think of. Most of all treating employees as individuals, and not numbers and bodies that can just be replaced whenever as needed. Some shoes can not be filled.

CEO, Regional Management, LGM, and Sales Managers.

Management needs to set expectations & stop allowing things to continue being done the way the way they are now. There need to be some new procedures implemented to stop costly mistakes from being made & Management needs to insure procedures are being followed.

Team members need to feel like they are all important and their work is valued.

A way to make the sales consultants feel more stable in their pay and free in their ability to sell cars as they wish (not including manipulation of the customer) would be helpful for company culture.

Awards to those who earn them. Enforcement of basic rules.

There is no synergy between the different departments. Purchasing, Business Office and especially Inventory. Car prep for delivery is beyond terrible and business office is slow as ever and do not recognize value of time.
