
I could talk to the management I dealt with everyday. The other leadership it was much harder to even contact.
Before going remote ... meeting people from different backgrounds and seeing everyone get along for the most part was a great thing.
I thought my severance package would be a little different. It does make you feel like they were just cutting their loses instead of giving a more fair compensation. With that said I am happy to have something to help for a few months.
Before the merger ... there were more team/group outings and opportunities for group interactions. After the merger you could tell those things were changed, but we as a group continued somethings on our own. After going remote and after COVID quarantine, all those things changed.
