Great company and initiatives to move forward. Only issue is our manager who doesn't lead by example and does more or telling you what to do , rather than how to do things . The role itself and company is great, but not the micromanaging aspect.

Our coworkers are very inclusive and we lead ourselves, with and without our manager. Because our manager lacks technical knowledge and makes no effort teaching things herself- we lean on each other quite often.

Leadership needs to prioritize their employees just as much as the customers and ensuring the managers set clear expectations. Our manager treats us like a number and doesn't put in effort of teaching us things but expects results. FF needs to have better training across all roles.

Base pay is below market value to competitors and our CAM manager does not lead by example, and lacks empathy when discussing compensation. An increase of our Base pay would be bringing us to market value ( 80-100k base, 180-200 OTE). Until then, everyone on our team is looking externally.
