So far its been great! I love my manager and team I work with. WFH has its challenges but I don't feel as if I can't get support from my coworkers.

We all work together to get our goals meet every month and we communicate with one another if there are any issues/concerns without any problems of being "called out" on something

Unfortunately I cannot provide feedback at this time - I have not had any interactions with them. I WFH therefore the only "interactions" I've gotten from the leadership team is from the Townhall meetings and/or email communication. Based off these two factors, they seem very invested in the company
