It's a passionate, fast-paced (in a good way) kind of place. Young but mature at the same time. Results-drive and definitely a place for builders and do-ers. Never a dull day - and you will work with some of the most amazing people. Really good folks. Leadership is approachable and motivating.

Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.

Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.

They need to learn their jobs to teach us are jobs. Someone needs to get hr people to do their jobs instead of doing their nails, playing on their phones, or trying to find a new man.

The culture was never mature or healthy, however it made a drastic downward spiral when customer service was moved out of the corporate building. We were left with the VP of Customer Service and no one overseeing her. HR reported to her too which helped conceal the way she mistreated the employees.

Not everyone works equally. Alot of younger people which means lots of drama. Several occasions of couples working together and bringing personal issues to work which can be very disruptive.

Upper management needs to show more appreciation, interaction with staff, not just showing and talking negative performance reviews. The staff will not perform up to their standards or chewy standards.

They switched to POD style interviews and they do not give RJPs. RJPs could improve retention of the candidates - but also compensation as well.
