They are always putting company first and go extra mile to achieve larger goal.

Some of the best things about my team are the strong sense of collaboration, mutual respect, and shared accountability. Everyone is willing to step in and support one another, which creates a positive and productive work environment.

My coworkers often lack experience, requiring seniors to spend significant time training them. Better structured onboarding, mentorship, and retention practices would help us collaborate more efficiently and ensure that time invested in training benefits the team long-term
