Adjust bonus metrics. Its too skewed to tenured agents; newcomers should be allowed to bonus based off 1% or 2% . The company has a low retention rate and cant figure it out. This would help

Imaging selling a washing machine worth $900 to only make $1.50 off of it. Employees are treated like trash unless you have tenure. Good luck trying to advance and if you do get ready for the target that would be put on your back from jealous employees. Better commisi8n structure is needed.

The company needs to pay more or have better commission. And actually have better work hours. We live at work ans visit our homes.

Lack of respect. Lack of acknowledgement of skills and quality. Poor training with consistent complaints of "not getting paid to do this. "Higher pay + equal to other in same position and same responsibility but alot less experience and hospitality.

One week after I was hired management hired another at same position with less retail experience than I have for $.88 hour more.
