If the company says it focuses on family, then show it. Managment needs to figure out if they really want to be there or not , it shows through their attitudes that they don't. Conns seems to be a dying company.

Too much favoritism. Too much foul language. Too much use of extremely loud soul music. Undesirable work environment due to constant non-working HVAC. No water/drinks provided by Conn's HomePlus. Extremely unsanitary restrooms + open to public.

Extremely high customer complaints regarding delivery services in multiple ways. Thoroughly explaining in detail the finance option process procedure to customer.

The entire process of purchasing anything from Conns involves taking part in a ridiculously long contract that takes at least an hour to have anyone purchase anything, even as small as a laptop. Sometimes it takes three times as long due to the beaurocratic process of calling multiple support lines.

They are terribly understaffed in the credit department and the payscale is uneven.

The systems need a overhaul. Honesty is needed in regards to the dialer system. It is not just a computer system. Every department needs to be on the same page.
