Everyone is just very genuine. Genuine in their praise and feedback. You really feel like your effort is appreciated and noticed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is incredibly transparent and accessible. The goals of the company include all of us, and the role we each play is valued and appreciated tremendously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and accessibility. There is no gap between the team and Leadership - they are very much part of the team. Scott really wants the team to be engaged and happy and it shows in our initiatives - Company Retreat, SKO's, awards for employees, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really invested in the work they do and it shows. Even though we are a remote team, we stay really connected with check ins and Slack. Everyone at Continu is always willing to help. You can tell everyone is genuinely happy and even during deadlines the energy is positive and jovial.
