Family based. They support you when u are going thru things but the only thing is when there's issues with checks they won't call and speak on phone about them

The recruiting department leadership needs to be replaced. The companies 10% cap on internal transfers. They will promote you to a leadership role but only offer a 10% pay increase,then like most cable and electric companies they offer a higher rate of pay to an outside hire vs someone internally.
