What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at Crossmark? How many hours are you working?
Depending on the projects dropped it can be anywhere from 2-5 hours a week. Sometimes it may even be just 1 hour a week. Project owners are not very realistic in the timing estimates they give. And they have not themselves been out in the field working the projects. Otherwise they would know that a lot of resets get done by only one person and 4 hours to do a 18 door (in freezer section) with adjustments for all shelves will take approx. 15-20 hours total. Not just 4 hours. When you set an entire section in a Walmart Super Center all resets will take place longer than a small Walmart store does. Walmart Stores are requesting Reps work overnight to get the work completed. No one seems to be listening to the client. The reason for this is because at night they have a overnight MOD Squad that can provide the Reps with help if they are the only ones working it. And the reps are less likely to be bothered with questions, having to move suddenly out of the way and it saves time.
