The team, we're all a bunch of misfits who stick around waiting for higher earnings and complain but we like the organized chaos or we'd be gone like the thousands of others in this high turnover job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Living wages. Support from the top.

Crusty burned out mgmt needs to go

they need to increase interaction between all staff and managers. they have to make atleast one meeting every week for healthy relation between all.

Better CS and raises period

appreciation for hard work an commission for sales because we do not get raises for length of employment or merit raises. Offer opportunity for advancement in the company.

Let us do our jobs without interference. All necessary work tools are in the reporting app.

The recruiting department leadership needs to be replaced. The companies 10% cap on internal transfers. They will promote you to a leadership role but only offer a 10% pay increase,then like most cable and electric companies they offer a higher rate of pay to an outside hire vs someone internally.
